This gentle, supportive one-day workshop will draw from flower essences, Supplementary Fire and the Five Element Cycle to open your Heart to a life of gratitude, love and ease.

£45-70 scale including lunch, tea, snacks and materials
Please bring pink clothing if you have it – pink scarves, shawls, rugs. And come with a light step. This will be a day of being held, of loving yourself and of gentle fun.
If you would like help with finding a place to stay overnight, or if you require directions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Workshop notes will be provided, but please bring a notebook and pen so that you can make notes if you need to.
The room where the workshop will be held is up two flights of stairs. Also, we may use the garden for some of the day (weather permitting), so please bring a jacket to wear.
We will be doing some gentle exercises through the day, so please wear loose and comfortable clothing.
Lunch and snacks are provided on this workshop. All meals are vegetarian, but if you have other dietary requirements, please do let me know on the booking form.

About the workshop
Having Supplementary Fire in balance is crucial to our well-being as humans. All the isolation, fast-paced living, work-oriented life-style and lack of real connection takes a toll on our body and spirit. Without opening our Heart centres, we can't connect to others or to the Earth with real depth.
We move into Supplementary Fire at the end of May and into June, so this is a perfect time to attend a day about how to enhance and strengthen your Supplementary Fire in order to be well placed to give out to the world without depleting yourself during the Fire season starting later in June.

How the day will work
The workshop will be comprised of:
- Short presentations on Supplementary Fire, Perceiving with your Heart, specific Bailey Flower Essences and more.
- Various short exercises to strengthen our Heart energies, build trust, and open our Hearts.
- Guided and singing meditations.
- Pampering! Hand massage, making our own bath salts, having tea, conversations and more.

About Rebecca
Rebecca Hunter has worked in the field of flower essences for over 30 years, and has been writing about five elements for several years.
Having trained with her step-father, Arthur Bailey, she is steeped in knowledge and love for the Bailey Flower Essences.
She is married to Stephen and has two wonderful boys who they homeschool in the mountain town of Nelson in British Columbia, Canada.
