Please note that payment is on a sliding scale. If you feel you are gainfully employed and fairly well paid, please choose a higher amount. If money is difficult at the moment, please choose lower.

 

If you tick the box to pay by credit card with Paypal, I will email you an invoice which you will be able to pay online.

 

If you prefer to pay by cheque, your place will be reserved for 7 days after you complete the booking form to allow time for posting.
